Meet the Team

Zoe Phan began dancing at the age of three at Santa Fe Springs Dance Center before continuing her artistic training at Elevation Studios at thirteen. She graduated from the Orange County School of the Arts under the Commercial Dance Conservatory. Alongside her training, Zoe competed for many years, earning multiple overall awards, titles, and scholarships.

From ages nine to sixteen, Zoe worked professionally in touring productions for Macy's, commercial projects for Target and YouTube Kids, worked as a background dancer for Brat Network’s “Dirt,” and performed in theatrical productions with Lythgoe Family Productions. She graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara in 2025 with a degree in Global Studies and a minor in Asian American Studies. While at UCSB, she served as Executive Director for Pilipino Cultural Night and choreographed multiple pieces for the production, blending cultural identity, storytelling, and movement.

Zoe currently teaches at Elevation Studios, where she is passionate about creating a healthy and encouraging environment that develops intelligent dancers while helping students build a genuine love for dance. Alongside teaching, she is now focused on building a career in arts administration that combines her background in performance, cultural programming, and creative leadership.
